[c-nsp] Cisco 7206 overloading every four hours

The not supported message is only important if you are trying to get TAC support.
Otherwise that does not seem to be the issue.  The others may be on the right track
regarding memory.  It is possible the ARP is causing a spike in memory usage resulting in issues.

You did see the message that the version of code you are running is
NOT supported on the hardware you have ?

Do you really need a BGP feed, could you get by with a defaul advertisement ?
