[c-nsp] switch with 2x 10GBASE-T interfaces

Is there a Cisco switch(non-modular preferably) which fulfils those
requirements:

1) 12 or more 1000BASE-T ports
2) 2x SFP port for 1000BASE-LX10 SFP's
3) 2x 10GBASE-T ports(for IBM 10Gb iSCSI Host Interface Card 81Y9613,
which has two 10GBASE-T interfaces)

First option would be Catalyst 4900M with following modules:

a) WS-X4908-10G-RJ45(https://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/switches/ps5718/ps6021/product_bulletin_c25-575166.html)
for 10GBASE-T ports
b) "20-Port Wire-Speed 10/100/1000 (RJ-45) Half Card" for 1000BASE-T ports
c) TwinGig converter for one of the eight X2 ports for "2x SFP port
for 1000BASE-LX10 SFP's". However, according to
specification(http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/switches/ps5718/ps6021/ps9310/Data_Sheet_Cat_4900M.html),
"Cisco TwinGig Converter Module support" is "Yes (half cards only)".

Second option would be 4948E, which has 48 1000BASE-T ports and 4x
SFP+ ports. Are there a SFP+ 10GBASE-T SFP's? If there are, would they
fit physically because all four SFP+ ports seem to be very close to
each other physically?

In addition, Cisco Nexus 5000 series seemed to be
interesting(1000BASE-T and 1000BASE-LX10 requirements are easily
fulfilled), but I couldn't find 10GBASE-T module for this product
family. There are modules with SFP+ support, but as long as there are
no 10GBASE-T SFP+ transceivers, it doesn't help.

Any suggestion? At the moment the first option seems to be most
promising, but even this has it's hesitations with the TwinGig support
for 2x 1000BASE-LX10 SFP's.

regards,
martin
