[c-nsp] 7600 AtoM mpls issue

I have 2 7600s directly connected ~ interfaces are Layer3 (IP) ospf/bgp
protocols running acroos
Loopbacks configured,
version: s72033-advipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-33.SXH7.bin

here is where i am messing up.

i created a vlan x
put my cross connects in here.

but the VC is down..

my ldp neighbor is up

yes my vlan is UP

I thought with a cross connect i could pass VLAN and L3 in the packet to
the remote side?

Any help would be greatly appreciated..
