Do you need a router doing NAT? 

Why not a firewall product instead? 

There are many firewall type devices that can easily do GigE with NAT,
and are built at enterprise grade with many same redundancies as
routers typically have.

While I don't like Cisco ASAs, there are other vendors, like Fortinet, 
Juniper, etc.
