[c-nsp] Cisco 3825 as a NTP server?

I have a few 3825's sitting around, and wondering if I can use them as
NTP servers for my network.  I know I can do it with relative accuracy;
but is there anything I can do to hook up a GPS receiver on a serial
interface or something??  Thanks in advance.
