I want to see that.  MPLS over GRE over *IPSEC* with 1 Gbit/sec using
a 19xx (the original poster explicitely mentioned "1 Gbit/sec" as 
requirement).  

What's that license you mention, the "turbocharger tuning+" license?

Cisco data sheets list the ISR G2 as "up to 350 Mbps with services",
which means "if the sun is shining and you're not asking anything
complicated, it might do 350 Mbps" - but there's no way to even go
*near* 1 Gbit/s with those.  And that's for the 3945 - the 19xx are
specced "high speed WAN environments ... up to 25 Mbps".
