[c-nsp] me3600 svi's not showing in and out bit counts that i see on corresponding phy int

SVI counters are currently not supported on ME3800X/ME3600X.
You can use " show vlan counters", EVC MIB supported in 15.2(4)S or the following commands in pre 15.2(4)S release
->snmpwalk -v 2c 7.23.35.39 public .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2 | grep 23575
interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifDescr.23575 = TenGigabitEthernet0/2.ServiceInstance.2
 
->snmpwalk -v 2c 7.23.35.39 public .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10 | grep 23575
interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifInOctets.23575 = Counter32: 2812549746
 
 
->snmpwalk -v 2c 7.23.35.39 public .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.11 |grep 23575            
interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifInUcastPkts.23575 = Counter32: 166256930

15.2(2)S2 released today for this platform has this as a "Fixed" defect:

Symptoms: Multicast is not forwarded out on EVC.
Conditions: This has been observed with Cisco IOS Release 15.1(2)EY and EY1a and with the following configuration:

So you may be in luck.
