[c-nsp] Moving Routing from 7206VRX to 6509-E

We are ok with paying for consultant. However, before we hire one, we'd like to know what is involved so we don't have that person in our office for days/weeks.

Blake is spot on. If you want someone to write your config for you...well, there's a lot of really skilled people who'd be happy to help you out in exchange for pay. 
Are you asking more along the lines of "how do you deploy the switch in a safe/sane manner"? 
What exactly do you need to know?
