[c-nsp] WS-C2960G-48TC-L issue

Customer has a WS-C2960G-48TC-L.  They are saying that "switch can 
receive but not transmitting".  Not sure if it's a setting/configuration 
issue or something else.  Can anyone help me with this issue?
