[c-nsp] NAT64-6-ADDR_ALLOC_FAILURE on ASR1000

Hi list,

Anyone seen these messages before on an ASR1k doing stateful NAT64?

	%IOSXE-6-PLATFORM: F0: cpp_cp: QFP:00 Thread:067 TS:00040171576961408317 %NAT64-6-ADDR_ALLOC_FAILURE: Address allocation failed; pool 4 may be exhausted

The box seems to have plenty of free memory and plenty of free ports in the NAT64 v4 pool.

I've cleared all the NAT64 translations but the ADDR_ALLOC_FAILURE messages return immediately upon the next v6 -> v4 connection initiation.
