[c-nsp] Upgrading CFCs to DFC3BXLs

Looking at the installation notes for the DFC3BXLs, it looks like I'll need some additional mounting hardware to secure all the mounting spots on the larger DFC relative to the smaller, factory installed CFC. I bought these DFCs grey, so they didn't come with any of the additional mounting hardware.
Anyone know the size of the screws required? It looks like I don't need any additional cap nuts or standoffs as from what I can see from the illustrations in the installation guide, all standoffs are already installed in all 67xx cards from the factory. One thing I don't know is whether or not I will actually need the "installation bracket" which is different than the "stiffening bracket (which should already be there (or not) in my 6748-GE-TX).
Also, it looks like I need an additional 1GB of memory for these cards too? Is this a must-have or do the CFC-enabled cards already come with the memory installed from the factory? If not, anyone know the specs so I can try to source it (or perhaps a show command so I can see what the installed memory actually is?)?
Thanks in advance.
