[c-nsp] channel fails when using sup 10g port ?

In IOS XR, you'll soon find that they have removed the 
ability to have similar commands under member links as well 
as the LAG. I guess this is to avoid confusion and 
configuration mistakes across both sides of the link.

From our end, operating a lean LACP configuration, we've 
only been able to have the following commands under the 
member links:

	- description
	- bundle id (of course)
	- negotiation auto


All other commands (mtu, bandwidth, ipv4..., ipv6...), which 
are possible in IOS/IOS XE, are not possible in IOS XR, 
i.e., the configuration won't commit.

This is somewhat similar to Junos, as well.
