[c-nsp] 7200/7600 LLQ Wierd Problem

Yes, 7200 is acting as LNS running L2TP.
No service-policy on the main level interface..Just on sub-interfaces....
What's your idea on this?

Did you have some subscriber stuff on 7200, PPPoE, PPPoA, L2TP? If not, do
you also have service policy in main level in interface?

My guess is, you're using some dynamic subscriber based QoS which is
mutually exclusive with logical interface QoS.
