it depends on your SNMP security schema, but if you have a simple read community you can use these commands:

snmpwalk -c $YOURCOMMUNITY -v2c $IP 1.3.6.1.2.1.4.31.3
snmpwalk -c $YOURCOMMUNITY -v2c $IP 1.3.6.1.2.1.4.31.3.1
