[c-nsp] Limiting upload speeds on 2960 switches

Hello,

Got a Cisco 3745 router with a couple of 2960 switches for access. We 
are selling a service based on 50Mbps download and 25Mbps upload on each 
port. With " srr-queue bandwidth limit 50" on each switchport I can 
limit the download to 50Mbps. I'm looking for something similar to 
manage the upload. Any toughts? I looked into microflow but that only 
seems to be available on 6500 and a like. Preferable I like to have a 
similar future as the download, but that doesn't seems to be available.
