[c-nsp] SCTP natting

I have a problem with Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP). I have a voice App servers which needs to communicate with external servers over SCTP.
To do so, I applied NAT on 7204VXR router and it is working fine for all ports except SCTP, the IP header is being translated correctly but the SCTP header (source) remain as the private IP address, this makes  the destination try to reply to the private IP address which is surly unreachable.
Have anyone faced this before?
