[c-nsp] Cisco TAC website "upgraded"

Sigh.

So, does anyone else see a new, "shiny" (a.k.a. broken) TAC web UI today?

Leaving aside the fact that I get an hilarious refresh loop when I try 
to view a case (based on the URL argument, I guess Google Chrome is an 
"unsupported browser") it is full of brokenness - file uploads not 
working for a colleague, no list of previous TAC cases until you open a 
new one, horrible UI...

I just don't understand how Cisco can be so utterly clueless in the 
website department.
