I've used peval in my own bgp prefix-list generator:
http://irrtoolset.isc.org/wiki/peval

Usage is:
% /usr/local/bin/peval AS43792
({91.198.120.0/24})

There are also several other options which offer more chewed output, which
might be more to your liking, but as I don't use them personally, I can't
pick one to endorse.
