The 7200 single-port FE interfaces are way dumb.  No autoneg, no 10 Mbit
(unless you use a MII transceiver that can do 10m).

Of all reasons why people disable autoneg and wire ports to 100/full, the
only valid one I've seen in a long time is "a 7200 single-port FE on the
other end".  Add insult to injury, it can't do baby jumbos (mtu 1530)
either...

The 2FE is better.
