[c-nsp] IPv6 BGP peers over SNMP

This topic has been much discussed, but there's been little action.  Some
shops are scraping the CLI output.

As far as I know Cisco never implemented SNMP for IPv6 BGP sessions. Yes,
this is bad. Yes, put some pressure on your account manager :-)
