Most likely exactly this: the vlan 202 is not existing, since the
vlan database doesn't show up in "show run".
(Stupid move. Even more stupid, still the same with vtp v3, where even
*more* config doesn't show up in "show run". Someone never had to
replace a switch in the middle of the night, relying on a saved copy
of "startup-config" to contain all you need to recover...).
