[c-nsp] 4500E option 82, Sub-option 1 decoding

I'm trying to decode some option 82 stuff on my 4500E, but I can't really find any specific documentation on what bytes 1-2 in the circuit-id mean on this platform.

For example:

    Option: (t=82,l=21) Agent Information Option
        Option: (82) Agent Information Option
        Length: 21
        Value: 010600040fa10101020b010972677730312e6c6162
        Agent Circuit ID: 00040fa10101
        Agent Remote ID: 010972677730312e6c6162

I can validate that bytes 3-4 combine to create the VLAN ID, byte 5 consists of the module, byte 6 consists of the port, but bytes 1-2 are a mystery to me.

Anyone have any ideas?
