[c-nsp] Performance issue on link

Tried lowering it to 35 + 30M, made no difference unfortunately.

udp in both directions is fine, tcp in one direction is fine(well acceptable), but in the other direction not good.

Im going to up a direct connection between the 2 linux boxes (by-passing the routers), and see if there is any improvement.
