[c-nsp] fabricpath and dual-homed fex

vPC or EvPC are the tools used to dual-home FEXs to 5Ks. You can also use vPC to dual home your 5ks or FEXs to 7Ks. FabricPath has nothing to do with it. 

If you are deploying FabricPath you would setup FP between the 5Ks and 7Ks and out. This also depends on your design and need, of courses.
