Now , R5 R6 and R9 are the customers for the service provider
R10 R7 and R8 are the customers for the customers
When running RIPv2 as the IGP between the end customers and the service provider , all is working fine
When turnning the IGP between R6 and R8 to EIGRP , i no longer see the EIGRP routes from R7 
R10 can see the EIGRP routes , which means the problem inside the same AS when using EIGRP
Even using BGP between R6 and R8 is ok
