[c-nsp] Way to get 3rd party optics to work in UCS/FEX?

Ah, that got me close but unfortunately the command
isn't there:

fab1-A(nxos)# service unsupported-transceiver
                       ^
% Invalid command at '^' marker.

Maybe it would show up if I upgrade?  It's been
about a year; currently running 2.02q:

5.0(3)N2(2.02q)
