Dear Friends,

I am advertising some prefixes that are belong to my end user to one of my
UP Links.
They said, these prefixes listed in CBL/XBL as a Spam IPs at this Website :
http://www.spamhaus.org/

So what does it mean ? i think there is no nee to block them as long as i
am Transit circuit ? Would you please clarify this issue
