[c-nsp] Line Protocol going down sporadically

I have seen happen stuff like this before in the ages where phy commands
were send inband end escaping of userplane data was broken. 

Suddenly out of the blue the transport link was hosed just by
transmitting a "special" pattern of data accidentaly beeing a phy
command.

This was incredibly hard to find.
