Dear all,

I'm investigating a problem with a 12410/PRP that started crashing
recently, and keeps doing so every 1-2 days. I would appreciate any
pointers on possible fixes or workarounds.

The crashinfo shows:

#show reboot last crashinfo location 0/8/CPU0

Crashinfo Timestamp: Wed Aug 14 00:08:10 2013

2013-08-14 00:08:10.237

NOTE: This is NOT a Kernel Crash. This crash was triggered

by the process 'sysldr', by calling reboot API.

Crash Reason: Cause: Self Ping
Failure Process:
sysldr
Tracebac)

We have tried failing over to the second RP, but it hasn't helped.

We're also not sure why it's not just failing over to the other RP, instead
of rebooting.

Apart from that, the logs show lots of these entries. Is it related?

#sh log | inc ENV
