[c-nsp] Unity Connection DRS Restore Failure

Trying to restore a DRS backup on version 7.1.5ES33.32900-33 .  Taken on a MCS server trying to restore to a VM.  Errors out with the following:

oninit: Cannot open chunk '/var/opt/cisco/connection/db/dyn2_dbs'. errno = 2

Physical restore failed - Cannot Open Primary Chunk '/var/opt/cisco/connection/db/dyn2_dbs'

Not having much luck with troubleshooting this error.
