yes maybe, depending on configuration:

As you configure more features, the throughput will drop.  E.g. adding
netflow, QoS, ACLs, urpf, NAT, ipsec, firewalling and policy routing will
all impact on the forwarding capacity.  This means that it's not possible
to give a complete answer, because it will depend on your configuration and
your traffic profile.
