[c-nsp] Maximum Throughtput Cisco Router

with NAT and packet marking I get 260Mb/s synchronous with G711 size frames
(75% CPU)
with NAT, packet marking and ZBF I also get 260Mb/s synchronous with
512byte frames (75% CPU)
