[c-nsp] GSR faceplate P/N

Perhaps someone here can assist me.  We need to replace the top plastic cover plate on one of our 12000's but I just cannot seem to locate a replacement or even a part number for this simple plastic component.

If anyone can point me in the right direction to either the P/N or where I can readily purchase a replacement that would be most helpful!
