Router(config)#ip arp proxy ?       
  disable  Disable proxy ARP on all interfaces

That will clean up that line at least.  (or should).

One can hope the "SDN" Cisco will finally clean up the config language.. but then again, I have concerns on them making it that far.  Too many "components" to touch.
