Do you have this FEX - Cisco Nexus 2248PQ 10-Gigabit FEX?  If not, I would probably steer clear of it.  5.2(1)N1 and 5.1(3)N2 have been pretty stable for us.  6.0 is probably just a merged code line, but it is first release.
