[c-nsp] XR 4.3.1 release date please

I think the releases all happen in December, June and September so that would make 4.3.1 June as 4.3.0 was December. 

Is there some specific feature in 4.3.1 you are looking at/for? 

If you are waiting for everyone to find the bugs in 4.3.0 and everyone does that there will be nothing fixed for you ... It's always a good idea to load up the code and give it a test.
