[c-nsp] Power Supply 2 ouput has dropped

Hi 



 
I m getting the following power supply error frequently on 6513 switches operating in VSS mode. It seems to be the issue with the input of power supply 2.

 
Below are the ouput of the show environment and show power .

 

Anyone has experience this before
