[c-nsp] CF Card Format

Have a Cisco 64Mb CF card for an NPE-G1 that can't be read or formatted. 
  Is there anything else I can try before just buying a new card?  I've 
tried format disk2: and I get the following:

Format: Drive communication & 1st Sector Write OK...
Writing Monlib sectors.
Monlib Version        = 2        (0.2)
...................................................................................................................................
Monlib write complete

Format: All system sectors written. OK...

%Error formatting disk2 (Format failure - Invalid disk status after format)
