[c-nsp] show command for active multicast kbps rate

Hi All,

In IOS "show ip mroute active" command shows kbps rate for a multicast
flow. In IOS-XR i could not find a command that gives the active bandwidth
rate for multicast flow. I wonder if there is a way to see active multicast
bandwidth rate.
