[c-nsp] Cisco s0/1/0 T-1 is up but not showing up in route table

The T-1 seems to be up from a Layer-2 perspective. Something is wrong with my routing though. The interface does NOT  show up in the “sh ip route? Output. I would expect to see it as a directly connected interface but it isn't there. The card is in “slot 1” so I’m thinking that may have something to do with but that’s just a hunch. We also have a 9-port switch in the router as well. “Sh diag” looks clean too. Any ideas?
