[c-nsp] Cisco s0/1/0 T-1 is up but not showing up in route table

This should be Open: IPCP
What does the other end look like? Is its IP configured correctly,
static address of the other side of the /30 ?
What do you see with "debug ppp negotiation"? This should give you a
hint as to where the problem lies.
