[c-nsp] Card 12000-SIP-601 reboot

Hi,
My customer found Card 12000-SIP-601 always reboot. He moved services to another card. But, The router has still this log occur always follow to this attach file. From message I think maybe cause from software force (software force crashes ,sig=23) so the time that line card is restarting, I seen process and CPU are normally all times.
I think the root cause from hardware. What do you think ? I can't open TAC.
