[c-nsp] Do you have command auto reoptimize Traffic Engineering by the router?

This is done per default, on Cisco gear, in 3600s intervals.
You can do it manually aswell:
#mpls traffic-eng reoptimize ?
  Tunnel  Tunnel interface
