Define "migrate". Do you mean doing dual-stack to the end-users? If
not, you will need to provide a transition mechanism for your IPv6-only
user base to see the IPv4-only Internet. That means some of flavor of
NAT, such as NAT64. Different people have had different experiences in
deploying LSN/CGN solutions.
I suspect if your customers suddenly couldn't reach large chunks of the
Internet after the migration, they would not be happy ;)
If you are making IPv6 available to your end users, does their CPE support
it? Some CPE does support it today. Some can do it with a firmware
upgrade, and the rest will need to be replaced.
Does your infrastructure (not just the network hardware, but also your
provisioning systems, IPAM, customer support tools, other back-end systems,
etc) support it today?

Beyond that, you need to give a lot of careful thought to your IPv6
addressing plan. This has been discussed quite a bit in recent months on
NANOG, and possibly a bit here, but this is your chance to correct address
assignment mistakes that were made (often, unavoidably, due to address
scarcity) in IPv4.
