Issue was my own, I was not attempting the command under any address family when I have multiple address families configured.

Subject: [c-nsp] BGP Selective Address Tracking on ASR 1002
Does BGP Selective Address Tracking (bgp nexthop) exist on ASR 1002? Cisco Feature Navigator shows it for many other ASR 1000 platforms including other RP1 models, but not 1002. The command doesn't appear available and I'm wondering why.
I'm running 3.9.0 with IP Base if it matters.
Thanks.
