[c-nsp] Bad console port - Cisco ASA 5540

Hi folks,

I have a couple of ASA 5540s that I couldn't console into: the cursor just
blinks. I tried all the baud rates listed but still no joy. These, I won't
be able to RMA them.
Any tricks to get the console to work?
