[c-nsp] EIGRP between XR (PE) and XE (CE)

For the archives -

When using EIGRP inside a VRF, you need to specify an autonomous system number in the EIGRP config for that VRF:

router eigrp 21949
 vrf management
  address-family ipv4
   default-information allowed out
   autonomous-system 21949
   interface Loopback21949
   !
   interface TenGigE0/2/0/9.4003
   !
  !
 !
!

Works like a charm.
