[c-nsp] 7600/RSP720/ES+20G: 15.3(3)S branch any major pitfalls?

FWIW, we've had some glitches on 15.3(1)S2:

Redundant Sup720 will reboot and go into reboot loop due to config sync prc failures.  No BugID.
ES20 module crashes on hub-PE in l3vpn CSCsk32290. Won't fix due to ES20 being EOL.  Hopefully it's not in ES+ as well.
