thats poor. we've had simialr for other devices. I point them to the open
caveats for the older version and the fact we were exposed to those bugs - and the closed
caveats list of the newer version - and the features that we bought the product for
which dont work with older versions.  

what about 15.1.2-SY(ED) ? - its got elevated status designation
