[c-nsp] Rcmd commands from IPv6-only host

Hello,

I cannot find a way to allow my router (IOS version 15.2) to accept rcmd
from an IPv6-only host.

For example:
ip rcmd remote-host MyRemoteUser 2001:0db8::1 root
                                 ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

or

ipv6 rcmd
     ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

I can't see any reason for that, am I missing something?
